These terms and conditions of purchase (the “Agreement” below) are adapted for sales on the Internet (distance selling). E.W.C Scandinavia AB (Organization number: 556217-0513) is the selling party. The buying party is referred to as the “Customer” in this agreement. The terms of the Agreement are adapted for sales to private individuals who are 18 years of age or older and when selling goods ("products" below). With us, you as a customer can easily make a order on https://www.theteacentre.se (the “Website” below). You as a customer have the opportunity to accept these terms and conditions in connection with your order. Terms or parts thereof in this Agreement that deviate from mandatory legislation is without effect to the extent that the deviation is not in the customer's favor. This provision only applies if the customer is a private individual and the purchase is for private consumption.
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent, provided you have provided us with your email address. Once the order has been packed and shipped, we will email you a receipt. If for any reason we are unable to ship all items in your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the current amount for it the item(s) using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

A customer who has purchased a product as a private individual has the right to complain about the product. if it is incorrect according to the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) and the Consumer Services Act (1985:716). The right of complaint covers original defects and is valid for 3 years from the date the customer receives the product in their possession. The right of complaint also covers defects that occurred during transport of the product to the customer. (see Claim for transport damage below). A product that deviates from what has been agreed between the customer&and & Scandinavia AB or otherwise exhibits errors may also be considered incorrect. Errors that have occurred due to damage caused by the customer is not considered an original defect.
If the customer complains about a faulty product after 6 months from the customer receiving the product in his/her possession, the customer is also responsible for demonstrating that the defect in the product was original. E.W.C Scandinavia AB therefore always recommends examining products when they are delivered and reporting any any defects as soon as they are discovered. In the event of a complaint about a faulty product, you as a customer have in the first instance right to have the defect remedied, or alternatively a defect-free product. In some cases, you also have the right to cancel the contract and get back what you paid. If the complaint is approved, the customer shall be held harmless for any costs incurred. arises due to the complaint.
